Hey all!
Time for my monthly court ordered check-in. Hope everyone’s been doing well! July has flown by, not helped by the fact I was out of commission for a week since I was sick, but the cruel march of time pauses for no one. No matter how much one might beg and plead. Or grovel. Or debase oneself to extreme degrees that it’s really quite horrifying, but that’s all neither here nor there.
Any who, the first pass of the developmental edits continue, but we’ve picked up steam and progressing much faster. I’d say we’re approaching 70% of the way through, and then the second pass should be considerably faster.
While it’s not an exact date, we’re expecting book 2 to release this Fall! Granted, things can happen which would make some changes necessary, so there’s no way we could give a solidified date or tighter time frame, but hey! But it’s certainly something. And at the end of the day, it’s better to take time to get things right, rather than force out a bad book.
In the meantime, thanks for sticking around, and I can’t wait to share book 2 with everyone. It’s got some really rad stuff in it.
