Hey everyone!
I seemed to have forgotten about the passage of time because it’s the fourth somehow? And if my math is correct, which is dubious at best, that means it is not in fact the first. Sorry about that delay for this update! There’s been some family emergencies going on which has certainly taken away some focus. Otherwise, I’ve been absolutely submerged in writing or writing adjacent activities.
The cover to Umbren (Beneath the Gilding book one) is looking to be not too far away from done. Copy edits are also well underway. I should be getting those back on the 30th at the absolute latest. I’ll churn those out as fast as I reasonably can, then the book is out to the ARC readers! The goal is released in the middle of August, if not, a little after.
For Crimson Hydra, we’re just at the same situation as last update. I’m plugging away at it, not as fast as I’d like, but I also don’t want to put out a rushed product. I was definitely fortunate to have a lot of book 2 done before book 1 released. I had a lot more breathing room before all the admin/promotional bits kicked in.
But yeah, as always, thank you for sticking around and I appreciate the hell out of you!
